What qualifies
The person appears on the official Artists4Ceasefire signatory record for the applicable captured campaign version.
What does not qualify
Name similarity alone is insufficient when identity is ambiguous. Removal from a later list does not erase a previously verified historical signature; record withdrawal separately if documented.
